Chef Jan Kracík founded Pot-au-feu with a singular conviction: that French classical cuisine, executed with absolute honesty and the finest seasonal ingredients, is one of the great pleasures of life. He is present at every service — not as an overseer, but as the craftsman at the centre of every plate.

His cooking draws on the traditions of French technique — patient, precise, and always in service of the ingredient. The result is a menu that changes daily, driven entirely by what is best at the market that morning.
